The Bar Cop website, a Bar Junction company, is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website or any information contained on the Bar Cop website for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Order Tracking: An acknowledgement of your order including your order number will be sent via e-mail on completion of the online ordering process. Please note that you must supply us with your valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.
Forms Of Payment: Bar Junction accepts the following forms of payment on the Bar Cop website: Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover). USA customers may also pay by check or money order via mail, by following the instructions on the shopping cart page.
Payment Security: Bar Junction uses the highest security system available and our 128 bit encryption technology keeps your personal information safe when transferring and receiving data with our site server. All other data transfer is conducted through a secure phone line. We never store credit card or personal information once an order is complete. Hacker safe.
Privacy Policy: Bar Junction respects the privacy of our customers and takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Tenth Media does not disclose any of your personal information that you provide during the ordering process. All of our customers' personal information is stored on a restricted database server and is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. Personal information will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. We do not sell, rent or give email addresses or phone numbers to any third party.
United States Orders: All orders in the United States (including AA, AE and AP destinations) will ship via UPS Ground, unless otherwise changed. Shipping time should be between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location (UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday as business days). If items are "Out Of Stock" at the time of order, please allow up to an additional 2 to 5 days. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
Canada Shipping: All Canada orders ship via UPS Ground, unless otherwise changed. Shipping time should be between 7 and 10 business days depending on your location (UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday as business days). If items are "Out Of Stock" at the time of order, please allow up to an additional 2 to 5 days. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
We currently DO NOT take orders online for countries other than the United States or Canada.
Returns/Refunds: Due to the nature of the Bar Cop software program and printed materials (Audit package manuals and forms), refunds are not given on these items. Please make sure the Bar Cop software program is exactly what you need before purchasing. A refund will not be given on these items after purchase is complete. Defective items will be replaced immediately.
All other items may be returned for a full refund (minus S/H if applicable) by contacting Bar Junction within five (5) BUSINESS days of receipt of product(s). Refund requirements: Must be contacted within 5 days of receipt of order, products must be returned in the same condition as received, cannot be used and must have all original packaging and manuals. Items returned without contacting Tenth Media first, that have been used and/or do not have all the original packaging, will not be accepted for a return/refund. Refunds will not be issued until returned goods are examined.
All returns must be authorized by a representative of Bar Junction and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and return shipping instructions must be obtained from Bar Junction. No returns will be authorized after five (5) BUSINESS days of receipt of product(s) by the customer. Shipping costs to return an item are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranty: We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse or alteration.
Liability and Indemnity: Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website. You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we find you have breached these terms and conditions.
