Order Tracking - An acknowledgement of your order including your order number will be sent via e-mail on completion of the online ordering process. Please note that you must supply us with your valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation. To receive a current status of your order, click on the "Track Orders" link located at the top of our main website page. Forms Of Payment - Bar Cop accepts the following forms of payment on the Bar Cop website: Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover). Payment via Pay Pal and direct bank-to-bank wire tranfers can be made and USA customers may also pay by check or money order via mail, by following the instructions on the shopping cart page. "Bar Cop" will show as the billing company for all credit card orders. Payment Security - Bar Cop uses the highest security system available and our 128 bit encryption technology keeps your personal information safe when transferring and receiving data with our site server. All other data transfer is conducted through a secure phone line. We never store credit card or personal information once an order is complete. Hacker safe. Privacy Policy - Bar Cop respects the privacy of our customers and takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Bar Cop does not disclose any of your personal information that you provide during the ordering process. All of our customers' personal information is stored on a restricted database server and is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. Personal information will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. We do not sell, rent or give email addresses or phone numbers to any third party. United States Orders - All orders in the United States will ship via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground, unless otherwise changed. Shipping time should be between 3 and 8 business days depending on your location, once an order has left the warehouse. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Canada Shipping - All Canada orders ship via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground, unless otherwise changed. Shipping time should be between 8 and 12 business days depending on your location, once an order has left the warehouse. Shipping times are not guaranteed. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Bar Cop does not directly ship products outside of the United States and Canada. If you are placing an order that requires international shipping, you will have to first arrange services from a freight forwarding company/person located in the United States. Bar Cop will only ship your order to a freight forwarder. The cost to ship from the freight forwarder to you is solely your responsibility and is not included in the final purchase price of your order from Bar Cop. Please enter your freight forwarder's "Ship To" information in the shipping section. All international orders placed without including a freight forwarder's "Ship To" information will be placed on hold until that information is received. If you have trouble finding a freight forwarder or have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us and we will help.
