Bar Cop Return Policies

SOFTWARE PRODUCTS:

Due to the "out of the box" delivery of all software products, returns and refunds are not given on these items. Please make sure the software program you order is exactly what you need before purchasing. A refund will not be given on these items after payment has been made and the item has been sent/delivered from our email server. This includes both software products delivered by email and/or delivered via mail on disk.

SHIPPED PRODUCTS:

Products may be returned within 20 days from the date of purchase if all of the following requirements are met. You must first contact Bar Cop and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days only. No returns will be accepted without a proper RMA number being issued. Products returned without an RMA number will be sent back to the customer.

To receive refund credit, all products must 1) be returned in original packaging, 2) include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc., 3) be clean, without scratches and resealed in factory fresh condition. All products must be returned double boxed, with no markings or writing on the original box. If a product shows signs that the entire product and packaging was removed from its original box, a refund may be denied resulting in shipment of the order back to the customer.

Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. If the returned item meets all the above requirements, it will be accepted and up to a 25% restocking fee may be subtracted from the refund amount. Products that are returned that were shipped free of charge, will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.
