Scale Warranty

1 Year Standard Warranty - All of our scales are covered by a 1 year standard manufacturer warranty. The standard warranty covers against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery through the 1 year warranty period. During the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair, or, at its option replace any component(s) that prove to be defective at no charge, provided that the scale is returned, freight prepaid to the manufacturer. This warranty does not apply if the scale has been damaged by accident or misuse, exposed to radioactive or corrosive materials, has foreign material penetrating the inside of the scale, or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than the manufacturer. The manufacturer has final discretion on all warranty acceptances and approved coverage work. A scale determined by the manufacturer to be damaged in any way other than a material defect and workmanship will not be repaired under the standard warranty. This warranty only covers products shipped within the United States and Canada. A properly completed warranty registration must be completed with the manufacturer within 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate coverage under the warranty.
