So who is Bar Cop... or is it Bar Corp?
Our name gets mistaken for Bar CORP all the time. But it is Bar Cop, without the R, and yes we like to think of ourselves as the sheriff of theft prevention for restaurants and bars. We specialize in inventory products for the hospitality industry, however at times we do sell or recommend other products. Checkout our about us page for additional details.
How can Bar Cop help my bar or restaurant?
Well, we'd like to think that our products are perfect for every establishment in the restaurant and bar business. And although they are for most, are products are geared towards the small to medium sized bar or restaurant that can't afford to spend a fortune on inventory control. We pride ourselves on offering affordable and ease-to-use products. So with those principles in mind, we do our best to help all establishments prevent theft and make more profit. Even if our products aren't right for your business, we might know which ones are and will be happy to point you in the right direction.
There used to be a product listed and I no longer see it?
That happens sometimes. We do periodically sell products and discontinue them and also help promote other industry products from different manufacturers. If you were interested in a product that is no longer on our website, shoot us an email and if it is available from another source we will let you know.
I'm having an issue with a product I purchased?
We provide full support on every product we sell, whether directly through our general contact number or with a specific product service center. Go to our customer support page to find the appropriate number to call and we will be sure to get your issue taken care of.
Where are you guys located?
Our main office is based out of Houston, Texas. However, we do not have a showroom or a physical storefront that we sell direct to consumers from. We do have additional distribution centers in New Jersey and California to help get products out of the warehouse and to your location as quickly as possible.
Where do you ship to and what is your return policy?
