How do I receive my products after purchase?
Fix Systems are delivered instantly after purchase. You get immediate download access on the confirmation page and direct download links sent to your email. Audits are delivered
48-72 hours after we reveive your audit data intake submissions. Submit intake forms on your own schedule.
What format are the products received in?
Your purchase comes in a zip folder. All Fix Systems are PDF files, Excel workbook modules and Word Docs.
I did not get the email, what do I do?
Check spam or promotions folders first. If it is not there, send us a message and we will resend it to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds on purchased products?
As stated in our refund policy, all Fix System products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase, so all sales are final. Audit orders
can be cancelled and refunded anytime prior to intake data submission. Once your data has been submitted no cancellations or refunds can be issued.
Can I share or resell the products after purchase?
Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distribution of any kind is not permitted.
Are the products subscription based?
No. Every Bar Cop product is a one-time purchase with no subscription, no recurring fees, and no software lockout. You buy the files. You own the files.
