By accessing or using Bar Cop (barcop.com) (the "Site") or purchasing any products from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use this Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2 What We Provide

Bar Cop sells digital products, including but not limited to:

• Playbooks
• Fix systems
• Guides and instructional materials

All products are delivered digitally and are intended to help restaurant and bar owners identify operational inefficiencies and apply structured improvements. No physical goods are shipped.

3 No Guarantees or Business Outcomes

All content and products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Bar Cop does not guarantee:

• Increased revenue
• Reduced costs
• Specific business outcomes
• Operational success

Results depend entirely on your implementation, your staff, your existing systems, and your business conditions. You are solely responsible for how you apply the material.

5 Digital Product License

When you purchase a product, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only. You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product
• Upload or publish the content publicly
• Use the material for commercial resale or training others for profit
• Modify and claim it as your own

All content remains the intellectual property of Bar Cop.

6 Refund Policy

Fix System sales are final at the time of purchase. No refunds are offered once a Fix System has been purchased and delivered.

Audit products may be cancelled and refunded at any time prior to submission of the data intake form. Once an intake form has been submitted and received by Bar Cop, the audit sale is final and no refund will be issued.

For bundle packages that include both a Fix System and an Audit, the Fix System portion is non-refundable at the time of purchase. The Audit portion remains refundable until intake form submission.

7 Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed clearly on the Site and are subject to change at any time. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price and provide accurate billing information. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions may result in order cancellation.

8 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to copy, scrape, or extract content
• Interfere with Site functionality
• Circumvent security measures

Violation of these terms may result in access restriction or legal action.

9 Intellectual Property

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bar Cop from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your misuse of products, or your violation of these Terms.

12 Modifications

Bar Cop may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
