Refund Policy

1 Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Bar Cop (barcop.com) are digital products, including fix systems, audit reports, and bundle packages. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• No physical items will be shipped
• All products are delivered electronically
• Fix Systems are accessible immediately after purchase
• Audit reports are delivered within 48 hours of intake form submission. Three-Audit bundles are within 72 hours.

2 Fix Systems — No Refunds

Fix System purchases are final at the time of purchase. Because Fix Systems are digital files delivered immediately after checkout, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstance once a purchase has been completed.

This applies to all three Fix Systems: the Profit Fix System, the Revenue Fix System, and the Traffic Fix System.

3 Audit Products — Cancellation Window

Audit products (the Profit Audit, Revenue Audit, and Traffic Audit) may be cancelled and fully refunded at any time prior to submission of your data intake form. Because no work begins until the intake form is received, a cancellation request made before form submission will be honored without question.

Once your completed data intake form has been submitted and received by Bar Cop, the audit sale is final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after intake form submission regardless of circumstance, including but not limited to:

• You changed your mind after submitting
• You did not achieve desired results from the report
• You no longer need the audit after submission
• You were dissatisfied with the findings

To request a cancellation before intake form submission, send us an email and please include your Bar Cop ORD# (order number) in the email message.

4 Bundle Packages

Bundle packages that include both a Fix System and an Audit product are subject to the refund rules applied to each component separately:

• The Fix System portion of any bundle is non-refundable at the time of purchase
• The Audit portion of any bundle may be cancelled and refunded prior to intake form submission
• Once the intake form has been submitted, the entire bundle sale is final

If a bundle cancellation is requested before intake form submission, the refund issued will reflect the audit price only. The Fix System price is not refundable under any circumstance.

5 Acknowledgment at Purchase

By purchasing any product from this Site, you agree to this Refund Policy and understand the refund terms applicable to each product type. You confirm that you understand:

• Fix Systems are non-refundable immediately upon purchase
• Audit products are refundable only prior to intake form submission
• Bundle packages are subject to the terms of each component separately
• No refunds are issued after intake form submission under any circumstance

6 Product Scope and Expectations

All products are clearly described on their respective pages. It is your responsibility to review the product details before purchasing.

Bar Cop does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using any product.

7 Access Issues

If you experience a legitimate technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, we will work to resolve it. This may include:

• Resending access links
• Providing alternative download methods
• Verifying successful delivery

Technical support is limited to ensuring access to the purchased product. It does not include implementation support or business consulting.

8 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within a reasonable timeframe. We may, at our sole discretion, review and resolve duplicate transactions.

9 Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your purchase was made fraudulently or without authorization, contact us immediately. We may require verification before taking any action.

10 Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate revocation of access to all purchased products
• Restriction from future purchases
• Submission of this policy and purchase records to the payment provider as evidence

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that contradicts this clearly stated policy.
