Our guidelines on shipping and returning products.

Shipping

We do not ship our software, it is downloaded from our website.

We only ship scales to the lower 48 Continental United States. All orders ship via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground, so we cannot ship to PO boxes. We ship orders the same day they are ordered (MON-FRI by 2:00 PM CST).

Orders placed after 2:00 and over the weekend usually ship the next business day. Shipping transit times should be between 2 and 5 business days depending on your location, once an order has left the warehouse.

*Hawaii, Alaska, and International Shipping - If you want to order a scale (software is emailed so does not apply), you will need to make arrangements with a freight forwarder that we can ship to located in one of the lower 48 states that can then forward the shipment to you at your expense.

Returns

Due to the "out of the box" delivery of our software, returns and refunds are not given software after payment has been made and you have received your activation key. Please try the free trial, read all FAQ's on the software feature page, and/or contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Unused scales may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns must be in "new" resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Items that have been opened and used before returning will not be accepted for a refund.

These conditions are not applicable to scales or hardware that were received defective or broken.

These items can be replaced with a new scale by contacting us within 5 days after receiving the defective product.

After 30 days all scales are serviced under the standard manufacturer's one year warranty.
