Shipping and returns

Our standard shipping and return policies when purchasing products.

Shipping information

We do not ship our software, it is downloaded from our website.

We only ship scales directly to the lower 48 Continental United States.

All orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, so we cannot ship to PO boxes. We ship orders the same day they are ordered (Mon-Fri by 2:00 CST).

Orders placed after 2:00 and over the weekend ship the next business day. Shipping times should be between 2 and 5 business days.

By default scales are shipped to the billing address provided during checkout. If you would like your order to ship to another address (located in the lower 48 states), reply to your order confirmation email within 1 hour and send us an alternate address. If your billing address is a location that we cannot ship to, will contact you for an alternate ship-to address.

*We do accept international orders for scales with a provided shipping address to a freight forwarder located in the lower US 48 states. All shipping fees charged by the freight forwarder (or any additional shipping costs to receive the shipment) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. International orders that do not provide a freight forwarder address within 48 hours will be cancelled and refunded.

Returns and refunds

Due to the "out of the box" delivery of our software, returns and refunds are not given on software after payment has been made and you have received your activation key. Please try the free 30 day trial before signing up for a subscription plan and/or contact us with any questions.

Unused scales may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returns must be in "new" resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Items that have been opened and used before returning will not be accepted for a refund.

These conditions are not applicable to scales or hardware that were received defective or broken.

These items can be replaced with a new scale by contacting us within 5 days after receiving the defective product.

After 30 days all scales are serviced under the standard manufacturer's one year warranty.

You must contact us for authorization prior to sending back a return.
