Our standard refund policy on guide purchases.

Refunds

Guides and Software: Due to the "out of the box" delivery of our guides and software, refunds are not given on guides and software after payment has been made and the download email has been sent to you. If you have any questions or concerns about a guide, please contact us with questions before purchasing.

Shipped Products: Unused products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns must be in "new" resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Items that have been opened and used before returning will not be accepted for a refund.

These conditions are not applicable to products that were received defective or broken. DOA items can be replaced by contacting us within 5 days after receiving the defective product. After 30 days all products are serviced under the standard manufacturer's one year warranty. You must contact us for authorization prior to sending back a product for return.

Shipping information

Software: We do not ship our guides or software, links are sent to you for direct download.

Shipped Products: We only ship directly to the lower 48 Continental US.

All orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, so we cannot ship to PO boxes. We ship orders the same day they are ordered (Mon-Fri by 2:00 CST).

Orders placed after 2:00 and over the weekend ship the next business day. Shipping times should be between 2 and 5 business days.

*We do accept international orders with a provided shipping address to a freight forwarder located in the lower US 48 states. All shipping fees charged by the freight forwarder (or any additional shipping costs to receive the shipment) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. International orders that do not provide a freight forwarder address within 48 hours will be cancelled and refunded.
