Pricing & Plans
Is support included in the price?
Yes, at no extra charge, and there is no support plan to buy. Contact Support and Report a Bug sit in the sidebar of every section, so you send a message from the screen in front of you. It reaches the team with your email as the reply address and you get an answer within one business day. The Help Center walks through every section as well.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial, and you do not need one. A trial makes you set up your own bar before you see anything, while the live demo is a complete, fully-loaded bar already running. It is free, with no signup and no card, so you see every screen working in a minute instead of after an afternoon of setup.
What is included in the price?
Everything. All eight tools, unlimited Bar Cop, Profit, Revenue, and Cash audits, the Fix systems and recovery tracking, your weekly, month-end, and year-end books, unlimited team access, and every future update. One price, the whole system on.
Do the audits or updates cost extra?
No. Every audit is unlimited and every future update is included at the same price. What you sign up at is the whole product, now and as it keeps growing.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Neither. No setup fee, no contract, no minimum term. It is month to month, or year to year on annual, and you can cancel any time.
Multiple Locations
How are multiple locations priced?
Each location is its own subscription at the same price, $189 a month or $1,890 a year. You add a location inside the app and it runs the same checkout. You manage every bar from one login and switch between them from the selector up top, but each bar bills and keeps its own books separately.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes, at no extra charge. Add your managers and grant each of them the sections you want them in, full access or none, bar by bar. Team access is included on every bar, so there is no per-seat fee.
Billing & Payment
How do I pay, and when am I charged?
By card through Stripe at signup, then automatically on the same date each month, or each year for annual, until you cancel. Manage Billing in the app shows your next renewal date and lets you change or cancel before it hits.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, any time from Manage Billing. Annual is $1,890, two months free compared with paying month to month.
Can I get invoices and receipts?
Yes. Every payment generates a receipt, and you can pull all your past invoices any time from Manage Billing inside the app.
Account & Data
How do I cancel?
From Manage Billing in the app, any time, in a couple of clicks. Your access runs through the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
What is your refund policy?
Payments are non-refundable, but you are never locked in. When you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the current period and simply does not renew, so you keep everything you have already paid for.
Is my data mine, and can I export it?
Yes. Your data is yours. You can export your books and reports any time, and the owner can pull a full account backup in one file whenever you want.
Do I need a POS or special hardware?
No. Bar Cop runs in your browser alongside whatever POS you already use. Import your POS exports where it helps or key numbers in by hand. No new hardware, no installs.
