One Login

Run every bar from one login.

Add a bar from the Multiple Locations section of your account page and it turns up in the login you already use. Selecting any location from the dropdown on the hub screen swaps the whole app across to that bar's counts, weeks and staff, and you never log out to do it.

Pay Per Bar

One price per bar, and nothing else.

Every location is its own subscription at the same price, so the bill matches the bars you are actually running. Add one the day you open it and cancel that one the day you sell it. There is no bundle to unwind, and nobody moves you onto a group tier for opening a third bar.

The Whole Team

Your whole team, no per-seat fee.

Invite your GM, your bar and kitchen managers and your bookkeeper at no extra charge, as many as you need. Everybody gets their own login instead of sharing yours, which is the thing that makes the access settings below worth anything.

Who Sees What

Access is section by section, bar by bar.

Check Full Access to hand somebody a whole section, or select only the menu links inside each section that they should have access to. Anything left unchecked is hidden from them, and it is set per bar, so a manager who runs one location has no way into another.

Kept Separate

Every bar keeps its own books.

Nothing is pooled or averaged across locations. Each bar's sales, counts, cash and P&L are its own, so a strong week at one can never cover a bad one at another, and you read each operation clean the moment you switch into it.

Who Can Do What

Three roles, and the money stays with the owner.

Everybody you invite is an Owner, an Admin or Staff. The role decides what they can do to the account itself; the tick boxes above decide which sections of each bar they can open.

Straight Answers

The multi-unit questions.

What owners with more than one bar want answered before they roll it out.

Can I run all my bars from one login?
Yes. Every bar you own sits behind the same login, and a dropdown on your home screen swaps you into another one. Each bar carries its own counts, weeks, staff and books, so switching changes the whole app over rather than filtering one shared pile of numbers.
Do I pay again for each bar?
Yes, and that is the whole pricing model: each bar is its own subscription at the same price. There is no group tier, no volume band and no bundle to negotiate, so your bill always matches the number of bars you are actually running.
How many people can I invite?
As many as you need. Bar Cop does not charge per seat, so your GM, your bar and kitchen managers and your bookkeeper cost nothing extra. Everybody gets their own login instead of sharing yours, which is what makes the access settings mean anything.
Can I limit a manager to one bar?
Yes. Access is granted per bar, so somebody can run one location and have no way into another. Inside a bar you either tick Full Access for a whole section or tick only the menu links they should have, and anything left unticked is hidden from them.
What can an Admin do that Staff cannot?
An Admin can invite Staff and hand on the access they hold themselves, and nothing beyond that. Staff get the sections you grant them and their own password. Billing, adding or removing a bar, data and backup, and handing the account to a new owner are all owner-only.
Who controls billing across the locations?
The owner, and only the owner. Billing, the subscription and adding a location all sit on the owner's own account page, where no admin or staff member can see or touch them. The person paying should not have to hope nobody else cancels something.
Can I hand the account to a new owner?
Yes. Transfer Ownership moves billing and full owner control to another member and takes effect right away. You stay on afterwards as an admin, and only the new owner can transfer it back, so it is a real handover rather than a shared key.
Does each bar keep its own numbers?
Completely. Nothing is pooled or averaged between locations: each bar's sales, counts, cash and P&L are its own. A strong week at one bar can never cover a bad one at another, and you read each operation clean the moment you switch into it.
Can I add or drop a location any time?
Yes. Add a bar from the Multiple Locations section of your account page the day you open it, and cancel that one bar's subscription the day you sell it. The rest are untouched, because every location is billed on its own.
Does support cover all my locations?
Every bar and everybody on your team. Support is never counted per location or per seat. Contact Support and Report a Bug both sit under Settings, a bug report carries the screen you came from, and answers come back within one business day.
