To paste data from an outside source, right click and copy the data from the source, select the cell or cells in Bar Cop that you want to paste the data into, and click the paste icon.

Things to know:

1) When copying from an outside source like an Excel spreadsheet, data must be in single cell structured columns (cells are not merged not merged together).

2) Once data has been pasted, it can only be undone by directly deleting the data or closing the inventory file without saving. Make sure to save the file before pasting data so if you do need to close the file to undo the paste, you're data will already be saved up until that point.
