How to run Bar Cop.
Step-by-step guides for every part of the app. Keep this open in a second window while you work, so you can follow along on your own screen.
Week History
Week History is the record of every week you have confirmed, and the place you confirm the ones you have not. A confirmed week is the settled truth of your sales and costs, and it is what the Profit Audit, the Forecast, and your reports all read from, so keeping it current keeps every profit number honest.
1. Confirm a week
Open Profit Recovery → Week History. Recent weeks that are not settled yet show up with a Confirm button. Confirming is done over in Close The Week, where your sales and cost for the week get locked in. A confirmed week then lands in the list here.
2. Read the latest confirmed week
The card up top lays out your most recent confirmed week at a glance: Revenue, Prime Cost, Check Average, Labor %, and Revenue Per Labor Hour, with prime cost flagged when it runs over your target.
3. Review and edit past weeks
The table below holds every week, confirmed and not, with the same figures across each row. Edit a confirmed week to correct a number if something was off; the change flows into every report that reads that week.
