You land here every time, and you can run your entire week from it without opening six different screens. From the Hub you also reach the Workflow map, the Bar Cop Audit, and your Week in Review.

1. Read Where You Stand

At the top sits Where You Stand: Total Opportunity (the money on the table across your audits), Recovered (what your logged fixes have banked), Trapped Cash (the dead and overstocked inventory you could free), Break-Even (the sales you need to clear your costs), and your Bar Cop Audit score. Each tile is a doorway, click it and Bar Cop takes you to the section where that number lives.

2. Work Priority Actions and Needs Attention

Priority Actions ranks your biggest money moves by monthly dollar impact, each one a tap from its fix. Needs Attention pulls the operational items to act on now, expiring certs and permits, projected overtime, and cash flags, worst first. When nothing needs you outside your weekly close, it reads all clear.

3. Run your week from the section cards

Below that are six section cards, one per system, Inventory, Labor, Shift, Profit, Revenue, and Cash, each showing that section's headline numbers over its weekly-close steps. You run your whole week right from the Hub, stepping into a section only when you need to do the work.

4. Reach the big-picture views

Three top-level reads sit alongside the Hub: the Workflow Map shows how the week fits together node by node, the Bar Cop Audit grades how well the operation is being run, and the Week in Review is the accountability read on any week's close.

The loop is capture, diagnose, fix. You log what happened in the Control systems, Recovery reads that log and scores it, and the fixes you work get tracked against the baseline, so Where You Stand always shows what the work was worth. No double entry anywhere.
