Price Packages is your saved packages and a quick calculator, both feeding your booking quotes so you are not retyping prices every time.

1. Build your rate card

Open Events → Price Packages. Build your standard packages: the per-head price, the food and beverage minimum, any room fee, and the cover range each fits. On a booking, picking a package prefills the quote. Edit any saved package to update it, or Delete to remove it. Export PDF prints the list to hand a client or keep on file.

2. Price a one-off with the calculator

Tap Catering Calculator for a one-off job. Enter the per-head food cost and a target food cost percent, and Bar Cop sets the per-head price. Add the bar cost, staff hours, and other costs, then check the Gross Margin to confirm the price covers everything. It starts from your staff wages in Labor Control, and the same calculator is on every booking's quote.
