How to run Bar Cop.

Step-by-step guides for every part of the app. Keep this open in a second window while you work, so you can follow along on your own screen.

The Workflow Map

The Workflow Map is the reference map of how your week actually works, node by node. It is not a link menu, that is the Hub, and it is not a data diagram. It lays out the weekly workflow in four numbered stages so you can see what happens when, why each piece sits where it does, and what it hands off to the next.

1. Read the four stages

Open Map from the top nav, right of The Hub. The stages run in order: Capture, where you log the week in Inventory, Labor, and Shift; Recovery, where Profit, Revenue, and Cash read that log and surface the leaks; the As Needed work; and where it all Lands, your Books and outputs. All four are open at once, so the whole week is on one page.

2. Open a node to understand it

Every section title and every step is a clickable node. Select one and a detail panel explains what it is, why it sits where it does in the week, and what it hands off. It is the answer to "why am I doing this, and what does it feed."

3. Jump straight to the work

The panel's Open button deep-links to the actual page that does that step, so the map is not just a diagram, it is a way to navigate the week. The stage number goes green to mark the last stage you touched, so you can see where you left off.
