Generate The Weekly P&L Brief

The Weekly P&L Brief is your weekly revenue, COGS, and labor as an Excel file you can hand to a bookkeeper or open in QuickBooks, Xero, or any spreadsheet. It is the lighter, more frequent companion to the Month-End Books file.

1. Pick a range

Open Books → Weekly P&L Brief. Pick the range you want, last week, the last four, the quarter, year to date, or a custom stretch.

2. Download it

Download the file and hand it to your bookkeeper or drop it into your accounting software. It pulls from the weeks you have confirmed, so there is nothing to re-enter.
