How to run Bar Cop.

Step-by-step guides for every part of the app. Keep this open in a second window while you work, so you can follow along on your own screen.

run multiple bars

Run more than one bar and Bar Cop keeps each one as its own operation, with a single login and a switcher to move between them. Each bar is a separate subscription, and nothing crosses between them unless you set it up in each.

1. Add another bar

Open Settings → Your Account and, under Subscription, use Add Another Bar. It runs the same setup as your first bar, onboarding, then a Stripe checkout for the additional subscription. The new bar's account is created only at payment, so canceling before then leaves nothing behind. After payment the new bar lands on your account and the switcher updates.

2. Know the cost

Each bar is its own subscription at the regular rate: $249 a month, or $2,490 a year, which saves you $498. A second bar is a second subscription, billed the same way as your first.

3. Each bar stands on its own

Every bar is its own Bar Cop account with its own data, audits, and fix log. Targets, products, vendors, staff rosters, every record is per-bar, and nothing is shared across bars by default. Set up each bar the way you would your first, so its numbers reflect that room and nobody else's.

4. Switch between bars

The location switcher in the topbar lists every bar you belong to. Pick one and the page reloads on that bar's Hub, with the data, dashboards, audits, and fix log all swapped to it. The active bar is remembered, so the next time you open Bar Cop you land on the one you used last.

Billing and adding a bar are owner controls. A team member sees only the bars they have been invited to in the switcher, and each bar's access is set on that bar's Team Members page.
