Track Regulars is your guest book: your regulars by name, by drink, by date. Add one at a time, or switch to Import File and drop a list. The chips filter the book, birthdays, anniversaries, gone quiet, VIP, and Export PDF prints it.

1. Add your regulars

Open Events → Track Regulars. Add a regular with their name, drink, and dates, and check VIP to mark your best. Open any regular in the list to edit them. To load a bunch at once, switch to Import File and drop a CSV or Excel file; only Name is required, and phone, email, birthday, anniversary, and drink preferences come in if your file has them.

2. Work your outreach list

Birthdays and anniversaries this month are counted up top, and the chips filter the list to them. Work that as your monthly reach-out list; a text or a comped drink on their day is what turns a customer into a regular.

3. Win back the ones who went quiet

A regular with no visit logged in a while flags as Quiet. Work that as your win-back list, and log a last visit when they come in to keep it honest.
